Casey Wilson was born and raised in the Treasure Valley and can’t think of calling anywhere else home. This passion drives him to provide a first-class experience to every client he serves. He has real estate in his blood and has been involved in real estate all of his life, first as an observer, having been born to three generations of real estate agents, then as a player in the trade as a young adult.
Casey’s experience in the real estate industry is considerable and growing all the time. As a Diamond Top Producer, he has prospered in real estate by focusing on providing as much value to the community as possible.
Casey has a professional background in building construction and investments. He can offer the expertise that most agents simply don’t have through construction, flips, and more, and also owns a property management company to further provide value to all clients. Above all, Casey loves spending time with his wife and three kids.
Kaitlin is a multi-award winning REALTOR®, passionate designer, speaker, heart disease fighter, and humanitarian. She jumped into business with both feet at age 19 and started working as a licensed real estate professional with Amherst Madison Real Estate Advisors. Dedicated to learning, serving, and enriching the lives of those in her community, she quickly climbed the proverbial ladder, earning leadership positions within her company, business organizations, and community service organizations.
A Diamond Top Producer, Kaitlin has been recipient to several awards and nominations within her career and enjoys speaking on stages, in classrooms, panels and podcasts, driven by an insatiable desire to help others to their best real estate experience and, ultimately, best life. Kaitlin partnered with Casey in 2017 and launched Wilson Homes, where Kaitlin and Casey are in the top 1% of local agents, and consistently top producers at Amherst Madison, the highest producing independent brokerage in Idaho, and the best independent brokerage in the Nation.

Erin, a Top Producer REALTOR®, combines her love for the industry with her business acumen and passion for helping people. Before getting into the real estate business, she spent sixteen years working in corporate analytics for Boeing and Bank of America, also earning her Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University.
Erin’s desire to become a real estate advisor stems from her twelve years spent as Senior Vice President for Bank of America managing a mortgage analytics team. While she gained a depth of knowledge and expertise in the real estate world and successfully moved up the proverbial corporate ladder, something was always missing: Having a personal connection with and truly making a positive impact on one’s life.
By marrying Erin’s corporate experience with her inherent desire to help people, the result is an expert real estate professional who truly has her client’s best interests at heart.
Ali began her real estate career in 2012 and has been a licensed REALTOR® in the Treasure Valley since 2014. She developed a passion for the operational side of real estate—the systems, communication, and coordination required to successfully guide transactions from contract to close. Since 2018, Ali has focused exclusively on real estate operations, transaction management, and compliance.
With a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communications and experience supporting more than 800 real estate transactions and counting, she brings professionalism and extensive transactional expertise to the LATREUO team. Her commitment to organization, accountability, and exceptional service helps create a seamless experience for clients and supports the standards that define every LATREUO transaction.
